Who Can Apply for Society Membership?

Eligibility Criteria & Required Documentation

1. Must operate a legally registered rice mill or grain processing facility within Kalmunai, Sammanthurai, Akkaraipattu, Ninthavur, Karaitivu, Sainthamaruthu, or surrounding divisions of Ampara District.
2. Valid Business Registration Certificate (BR) or Company Incorporation Certificate.
3. Environmental Protection License (EPL) issued by the Central Environmental Authority or Local Authority.
4. Minimum milling capacity of 2 Metric Tons per day (for Associate Tier) or 10+ Metric Tons per day (for Full Co-operative Voting Tier).
5. Agreement to abide by the Society’s Quality Charter, fair-weight standards, and statutory by-laws.
